What are the shipping options?

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, but the lead time might be 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order. Please email us with your needs and we'll respond promptly as to whether or not we can accommodate them - becky@peacefulgrinstudios.com



What are the measurements for the different sizes of paper?

The measurements for hand made paper can vary from maker to maker so always be sure to check sizes, especially if working on a special project. Also, the deckled edge can cause some small variation in the measurements. Paper Sizes (for current inventory) 8" x 10" A9 - 5 1/4" x 8 1/4" A6 - 4 3/8" x 6" 4" x 4" A2 - 4' x 5 3/8" A2 Folded Notecard - 4 1/8" x 5 1/4" A2 Envelope - 4 7/8" x 5 3/4"



Can I return my purchase?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery Ship items back within 21 days of delivery ​ Conditions of return - buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. ​ Unfortunately, custom or personalized orders items can't be returned ​ Please contact becky@peacefulgrinstudios.com with any additional questions or concerns
